Warranty Period: This is the period during which the Colorimeter brand is responsible for receiving and processing warranty claims for colorimeter equipment and solutions provided by us. This period is clearly stated on the warranty certificate and warranty sticker included with the device.<\/p>\n
Valid Warranty Certificate: This is the warranty certificate issued by Colorimeter and included with the product, bearing the company’s seal. The certificate must be intact, conforming to regulations, not separated, patched, or showing signs of erasure or alteration. The serial number on the certificate must completely match the serial number on the device brought in for warranty service.<\/p>\n
Valid Warranty Sticker: This is the sealing decal affixed by Colorimeter to each product, ensuring it is intact, not peeled off, patched, tampered with, or re-applied.<\/p>\n
II \u2013 General Regulations
\nColorimeter applies a nationwide warranty policy: Customers who purchase colorimeters distributed by us at any branch or official dealer will receive warranty support according to the established procedures.<\/p>\n
Product warranty includes: Repair and troubleshooting services for defects and technical problems caused by manufacturing errors during the production and assembly of the equipment.<\/p>\n
III \u2013 Warranty Conditions
\nProducts are eligible for free warranty service if they are still within the warranty period (This period is calculated from the delivery date stated on the Warranty Certificate and is subject to the regulations of each manufacturer regarding technical issues).<\/p>\n
Products brought in for warranty service must retain the original Warranty Certificate and valid Warranty Sticker from Colorimeter.<\/p>\n
Replacement Policy: For devices supplied by Colorimeter, if they meet the above warranty conditions, are damaged due to a manufacturing defect, and are deemed irreparable by our technical department, customers will be assisted in exchanging them for a new, equivalent product.<\/p>\n
IV \u2013 Cases NOT Covered by Warranty<\/p>\n
The device is past the warranty period stated on the warranty card or the customer has lost the warranty card.<\/p>\n
The warranty seal on the device is torn, broken, covered with another sticker, or shows signs of tampering.<\/p>\n
The warranty card does not clearly state the serial number and purchase date.<\/p>\n
The serial number on the device is unidentifiable or incorrect compared to the number recorded on the warranty card.<\/p>\n
The product is damaged due to external mechanical impacts, user-induced damage such as: dropping, strong impacts, scratches, dents, keeping the device in damp or rusty places, liquid penetration, or damage caused by fire, natural disasters, electrical short circuits, or explosions. (Particular attention should be paid to physical damage to the lens and color sensor).<\/p>\n
The product shows signs of damage caused by rodents or insects entering the internal circuit board.<\/p>\n
The product is damaged due to improper use according to the manufacturer’s instructions or using the wrong voltage.<\/p>\n
The user has disassembled or tampered with the device’s hardware or taken the device for repair to external facilities before bringing it to the Colorimeter Service Center.<\/p>\n
For color measuring devices purchased from the Color Measuring Devices system that are out of warranty or fall under warranty exclusion cases (Section IV), our Technical Center still accepts repairs, maintenance, or replacement of components at preferential prices, or assists in sending the device back to the manufacturer for in-depth intervention.<\/p>\n
