We accept and process return and exchange requests for products purchased at the Colorimeter system within the following timeframe:<\/p>\n
For orders currently in transit: The return\/exchange process begins from the moment we receive the customer’s official request.<\/p>\n
For orders that have been successfully delivered: Return and exchange requests will be processed within 10 days from the date the customer receives the device (based on the actual condition of the device).<\/p>\n

Colorimeter only accepts returns and exchanges when all the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n
