2. Cash on delivery (COD) service available in Ho Chi Minh City.

For orders with delivery addresses within Ho Chi Minh City’s inner districts, Colorimeter offers home delivery and payment. No deposit is required; our staff will deliver the device, provide basic usage instructions, and collect payment at your location.

3. Cash on delivery (COD) available nationwide.

We offer cash-on-delivery (Ship COD) service nationwide.

Customer rights: When the postal worker delivers the package, you have the full right to jointly inspect and check the external condition of the colorimeter and its accompanying accessories.

After confirming that the goods are correct, customers can then proceed to pay the full order value in cash to the delivery staff.

II. BANK TRANSFER METHOD

For customers in provinces and cities outside Ho Chi Minh City who require prepayment, or businesses needing to transact via company account, please transfer the total order value to our bank account.

Immediately after the bank system confirms receipt of payment (balance change), the Colorimeter warehouse department will promptly process the device, securely package it with shock-absorbing materials, and ship it according to the information you have requested.
