The CHN SPEC CS-600B Portable Spectrophotometer is a handheld spectrophotometer featuring two measurement apertures: 4mm and 6mm. The CS-600B spectrophotometer differs from conventional colorimeters. It can not only measure color differences but also analyze colors. It features a camera viewfinder function. The extra-large display can visually and clearly show the measured values, and can store measurement data and individual parameter settings.

Key Features
d/8 Optical Geometry (Diffuse/8°): This is the most popular color measurement standard globally. The device uses an integrating sphere to evenly diffuse light onto the sample surface and receives the signal at an 8-degree angle. This structure helps the device accurately measure the color of surfaces with gloss or complex textures.
Flexible Dual Apertures (4mm and 6mm): Integrating two measurement aperture sizes on the same device allows users to easily customize their measurements. The 6mm aperture is optimal for flat, uniform surfaces; while the 4mm aperture is extremely useful for measuring small samples, detailed components, or slightly curved surfaces.
Ultra-Fast Measurement Speed (0.5 seconds): With the ability to deliver results in just half a second, the CS-600B is particularly suitable for production lines that require continuous inspection of large quantities of samples, significantly saving QC operation time.
Full-Spectrum Spectral Analysis (400 – 700nm): The device collects light reflectance data across the entire visible spectrum, providing absolute color accuracy and supporting spectral graph output and color difference indices (dE*ab) clearly.
SCI/SCE Measurement: Most d/8 devices in this series support simultaneous measurement of SCI (Specular Component Included – measuring the true color of the material) and SCE (Specular Component Excluded – measuring color as perceived by the human eye under the influence of gloss).
