- International standard optical system (D/8, SCI+SCE): The device uses a diffuse illumination geometric structure with an 8-degree viewing angle (D/8). The simultaneous measurement mode of SCI (Specular Component Included) and SCE (Specular Component Excluded) helps users accurately evaluate the original color while recognizing the influence of surface gloss or roughness on color perception.
- Smart automatic calibration: The CS-520 is equipped with a magnetic calibration base (built-in white calibration tile). As soon as it is turned on or placed back on the base, the device automatically performs the calibration process without requiring the user to manually perform complex steps.
- Data synchronization via Bluetooth & Mobile App: The device supports seamless Bluetooth connection with smartphones (via a dedicated App). Users can easily store and share color data, create QC reports remotely, and access a massive color database to search for equivalent standard color codes.
- Stable full-spectrum CLED light source: Similar to high-end models, the device uses a full-spectrum balanced LED (CLED) band spanning the visible light range (400-700nm). This light source ensures outstanding accuracy when analyzing complex color gamuts and has a very long operating lifespan.
